The story of HP HIGH PRESSURE people began in 1982, when, a branch of OMELF Company, they started to produce stainless steel AISI 316 parts such as pump heads, pressure vessels, un-grippining and reusable tube joints for nautical and pharmaceuticals applications. In 1989, to increase quality production standards, OMELF invested its profits in the purchasing of Computerised Numerical Control (CNC) tool machines and in 1991 OMELF started to use the help of AUTOCAD for the design of all its components. From here the step to desalting water systems was short...... In 1993 the first prototypes and in 1994 the decision of creating a new Company inside the OMELF Group: HP HIGH PRESSURE, specialised not only in producing AISI 316 parts but creating, developing and selling, under there own name, a complete range of high quality, low weight, compact watermakers. In making this, HP HIGH PRESSURE, does not simply assemble parts but design, according to market needs, the most suitable system introducing important innovations such as, in 1997, a patented Automatic Washing Valve for the cleaning of the membranes (HP VAL), or, in 1998, a compact vertical watermaker called "V SERIES" and in 1999 a new Automatic Pressure Regulation Valve. The spirit of these innovations has two important functions: to reduce dimension and weight for the joy of yachtbuilders, to offer a technical advanced but ready to use system to yacht owners. PRODUCTS: HP Kit watermakers sold in separate components for the most difficult applications; HP SC watermakers AISI 316L made, compact but very efficient with a operating range between 70 and 260 litres per hour; HP V watermakers same system of SC model but on a vertical construction frame that permits to fit in all the narrow spaces on board of a yacht.
